Caesarstone’s Stone Age Folk by Jaime Hayon at Salone del Mobile 2017
At the beginning of 2017 we introduced Caesarstone’s Stone Age Folk in Toronto – a playful instillation designed by Jaime Hayon.
In April we traveled with it to Salone del Mobile, where we took charge of the monumental installation and brought it to life at the Palazzo Serbelloni – a breathtaking 18th century palace at the heart of Milan.
We also produced a series of events revolving the installation: a cocktail gala, intimate dinners for designers and journalists, and a sensational disco party with Wallpaper* magazine.
The colorful installation was one of the most documented and photographed at the Salone del Mobile – both by visitors who posted it on Instagram, and by dozens of design blogs and magazines that covered it: Wallpaper*, DesignBoom, the culture trip, Architectural Digest, material lab, Design Milk, architizer, cobosocial and many many others.
The project was done in collaboration with Jacob Peres.
