Brief: Superfish is an Israeli start-up company, specializing in visual search. Window shopper, its main service, offers identical or similar items search based on their photos on parallel online shopping stores, thus finding the best deal.While the service offers state of the art technology, Superfish felt their user interface could use a makeover.
The process: We researched the needs of Window Shopper’s users, and looked for areas where the user interface doesn’t reflect the product’s advantages. We planned and designed a new images-based user experience and interface that manifests the technology behind the service.
